Warhammer 40,000: Darktide is less than a month away (two weeks if you have preordered the game), and Fatshark’s previous game, Warhammer: Vermintide 2, has just gone free on Steam for a limited time. If you are curious about what the gameplay for these types of games is like, this is a great time to try as not only is it free to play right now, but it is also free to own. This is all in celebration of the game’s seventh birthday, a glorious occasion indeed.
Vermintide 2 has a Metacritic score of 82 and currently sits as Mostly Positive on Steam for recent and all reviews.

The game will remain free to own until November 7, and Fatshark has also announced that the Trail of Treachery DLC will be released on November 8 for free.
