Developer Maxis broke down the swathe of new content in an update post – mentioning chest binders, medical wearables and top surgery scars.
A great many of the added options allow further depth of defining a persons body curvature by way of shapewear – something that is far more accessible to individuals who may not be in a position for surgery – and represents a massive step forward and a brilliant benchmark to be considered for any other developer who takes their creation model seriously.
The team has also added a ton of options to better control the game on console, bringing it more inline with the PC equivalent; also a huge win.
