It’s been almost an entire year since the announcement that the PSX classic MediEvil would be making some sort of comeback on the PlayStation 4 in the form of a remake/remaster. Surprisingly, between then and now, there’s been exactly zero talk about it from the PlayStation camp, leaving fans to wonder what was going on with the project.
Well, wonder no longer my friends, for MediEvil has finally been properly unveiled (in celebration of Halloween, no less) and it looks frighteningly good!
There you have it, looking every bit what I expect most of us would have wanted from a remake such as this. True to the original, yet stunningly re-envisioned ‘from the grave up’ in glorious 4K.
MediEvil is set to release on the PlayStation 4 in 2019.
