The legends at 4A Games have just unleashed the latest eye watering trailer for Metro Exodus, and oh boy is it a doozy.
2033 and Last Light are great games, but Exodus is shaping up to be one hell of a different beast entirely with vibrant blood soaked locations like the Caspian desert as well as the classic frozen streets of Moscow. To top it off we have a wealth of new characters and a story that feels like something straight out of films like Snowpiercer or The Road.
The trailer kicks off from the perspective of Anna, the wife of Artyom and absolutely kickass sniper for the Spartan’s as the crew of the ill fated Aurora flee the crumbling remains of Moscow and into the bitter world beyond the Metro.
Also of note is an absolutely stellar score from famed Metro composer Alexey Omelchuk taking the charge as mutant heads roll and dramatic Russian accents fly thick and fast.
Metro Exodus launches on February 15 for PS4, Xbox One and PC
Although he has been gaming since the Sega Mega Drive launched in 1990, he still sucks at most games. When not being trash he watches French horror films, drinks herbal tea and secretly loves the music of Taylor Swift.
