The Diablo IV Beta Is Offering A Snoozy Wolf Friend To People Who Hit Level 20

Backpack? Nah. Back pup!

The Diablo IV Open Beta and Early Access weekends are fast approaching, and Blizzard has just revealed that there are in-game goodies to be earned if you spend some time whacking the forces of evil.

Detailed across their social media and in a Blizzard blog post, they explain how the beta will work and exactly what areas and systems will be available to players. They also introduce some cosmetic titles and the cutest backpack companion I have ever seen:

  • Early Voyager Title: Reach Level 20
  • Initial Casualty Title: Reach Kyovashad
  • The adorable sleepy boi – Wolf Pack Cosmetic: Reach Level 20

Those who have pre-purchased Diablo IV will receive Early Access to the Open Beta from March 18-20. On the following weekend, the Open Beta will be available to everyone from March 25-27. During these beta periods, your character can level up to Level 25 and explore the games prologue and the entirety of the first Act – letting you run amok in the frozen landscape of the Fractured Peaks.

Being a beta, there is sure to be some rough edges and perhaps even some downright broken stuff in there – so keep your bug report button at the ready!

See you all in Sanctuary!
