The Arctis Nova family gets a new member

SteelSeries has announced the latest entry in its Arctis Nova headset series – the Arctis Nova 5 – alongside a companion app that offers players more than 100 presets that can be enabled directly from their mobile phone.

Priced at A$299/NZ$349.99, the Arctis Nova 5 comes in PlayStation, Xbox, and PC versions, with the Xbox model also supporting PlayStation, PC, Switch, Meta Quest, and mobile compatibility, while the PlayStation version works with everything but Xbox consoles.

When it comes to specs, the Arctis Nova 5 has neodymium magnetic drivers for extreme audio quality, dual wireless and Bluetooth connectivity that lets users game and take calls at the same time at the push of a button, a 60-hour battery life and a ClearCast 2.X mic. Essentially, all the good stuff you want. But what sets the Nova 5 apart is the new companion app, which features tailor-made presets for games such as Fortnite to help you give an edge over players.
