Star Wars Outlaws Will Reward Inquisitive Players With Translatable Aurebesh

Alright hardcore fans, I’m counting on you

Alright, Star Wars sickos, dust off your Aurebesh dictionaries and prepare to translate some meus because Star Wars Outlaws will feature details and secrets hidden within the in-world text.

During a press event for Ubisoft’s upcoming open-world action-adventure game, we had the opportunity to interview Cloe Hammoud, Associate World Director, and Samuel De Vos, Lead Concept Artist on Star Wars Outlaws.

During the interview, we asked the pair of developers about details they were proud of sneaking into the game, to which De Vos responded, “One of the things that was really exciting to work on with the team was serving the hardcore fans who will translate every Aurabesh letter and adding a reward to that as well. ”

Of course, De Vos didn’t go into specifics or spoil any particularly juicy hidden secrets, so we’ll have to do the hard work ourselves. However, during a presentation on the day, we were shown the inside of protagonist Kay Vess’ room on Cantonica, where De Vos pointed out Aurabesh letters carved into a workbench, promising that they translate into something of note.
