Occasionally a popular game will be taken away from us too soon due to legal issues, IP disputes and the like. Though it’s not a common occurrence, when it does happen it can be pretty heartbreaking, which explains why I’ve been crying since P.T was delisted.
Something that happens even less frequently though, is seeing a delisted game make a triumphant return to player’s homes and hands. Ubisoft recently announced that they were doing exactly that, revealing that the beloved Scott Pilgrim vs. The World: The Game is getting re-released on PS4, Xbox One, PC and Switch. Originally released on PS3 and Xbox 360 in 2010, the beat ’em up was eventually delisted from digital stores in 2014.
Those who are frothing to jump back into the game won’t need to wait much longer, as Ubisoft has just announced that Scott Pilgrim vs. The World: The Game Complete Edition is launching on January 14.
