October 2024’s PlayStation Plus Extra/Deluxe Catalogue Update Has Been Revealed

The scary trio of zombies, pirates and student debt

Last month’s catalogue update included a day-one release in The Plucky Squire (and we gave it a 9.5), so that’s a tough act to follow. Now, I have been left wanting a bit here, as I was expecting some spookier titles on the list, being that it’s October, but nevertheless, the month is delivering some strong offerings.

As announced on the PlayStation Blog, an update to the PlayStation Plus Game Catalogue for Extra and Deluxe members is coming, adding 14 new titles to the Extra and Deluxe tiers on October 15.

PlayStation Plus Extra/Deluxe

  • Dead Island 2
  • Two Point Campus
  • The Dark Pictures Anthology: The Devil in Me
  • Gris
  • Return to Monkey Island
  • Ghostbusters: Spirits Unleashed
  • Firefighting Simulator The Squad
  • Overpass 2
  • Tour de France 2023
  • Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon: Wildlands

PlayStation Plus Deluxe

  • The Last Clockwinder
  • Dino Crisis
  • Siren
  • R-Type Dimensions EX

I can’t say I’ll dive into Tour de France 2023 (…again), but this month’s line-up is a strong one. Dead Island 2 has you covered for a popcorn action game, Return to Monkey Island will sort out that nostalgic itch and Gris will get you in the mood for Neva later in the month. Oh, and someone should tell Zach that Dino Crisis has been added. He’ll either get excited or cry about the death of the series. Anyway, this is looking good.

What do you think of this update to the catalogue? What games would you like to see added next? Let us know in the comments or on our social media.
