Blizzard’s Latest Mobile Game Warcraft Rumble Is Heading To PC

Heading for the big screens

Warcraft Rumble (formerly known as Warcraft Arclight Rumble) is Blizzard’s super toyetic mobile strategy game, featuring a lane-based auto battler that feels like a pared back, pocket sized Warcraft RTS.

It is a blast to play on your phone – only it has an unfortunate side effect of gobbling up your battery. So, it’s awesome new to hear that a PC beta is kicking off at the end of this year so the bad boy can make it’s way to the home computer.

Showcased as part of the Warcraft 30 Year Anniversary presentation, the announcement was a cheeky one – quite literally showing Warcraft Rumble Art Director Jeremy Collins actually lamenting the fact that his phone was flat. But hey, thankfully he could just launch it via the Battle.Net browser on his PC.

It’s a great pick-up-and-play game, delivering some strategic fun in bite-sized chunks – so now people can slot it into a great deal more than their daily workplace bathroom visit. Run a quick dungeon in between wipes of your Mythic raids, or maybe while on a long flightpath. Hell, jump into dungeon run during a long work Zoom – you do you baby.

Have you been enjoying the mini-sized Warcraft experience? Are you excited to no longer hold a very hot phone in your hand while playing? Let us know in the comments or on social media.
