We’ve already been given a solid PlayStation Plus Essential line-up with Tony Hawks Pro Skater 1+2, Yakuza: Like a Dragon and Little Nightmares, but that’s not it for August. As announced over on the PlayStation Blog, an update to the PlayStation Plus Game Catalogue for Extra and Deluxe members is on its way, adding in 11 new titles, all of which will be available for download from August 16.
Here are all of the games being added to the PlayStation Plus Catalogue in August 2022:
PlayStation Plus Extra/Deluxe
- Yakuza 0
- Yakuza Kiwami
- Yakuza Kiwami 2
- Dead by Daylight
- Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon Wildlands
- Bugsnax
- Metro Exodus
- Trials of Mana
- UNO
- Monopoly Madness
- Monopoly Plus
We already knew that they were on their way, but the three Yakuza titles are probably the big ticket items for this round of new games. We also know that the rest of the Yakuza games are heading to the service down the track, so it would be worth getting started now if you’re looking to play through them all. Also, if you haven’t played UNO digitally, I’d recommend you give it a go, the house rules are a blast.
It’s worth pointing out that no new Classic games are being added this month, so Deluxe members aren’t getting anything more than Extra, so that’s a bit disappointing for those folks. Hopefully, we’ll see some hit the catalogue next month.
What do you think of this update to the catalogue? What games would you like to see added next? Let us know in the comments or on our social media.
