Steamforged Games has officially announced a Sea of Thieves Board board game adaptation.
After teasing an announcement last week, Steamforged has lifted the lid, revealing that a Sea of Thieves board game is currently in the works in collaboration with Rare. While there’s no further information available at this stage, this won’t be the first time that Steamforged Games has adapted a video game IP, having previously designed Dark Souls: The Board Game, Horizon Zero Dawn Board Game and Resident Evil 2: The Board Game.
Steamforged’s latest adaptation, Elden Ring: The Board Game, hit Kickstarter late last year and absolutely demolished all goals, raising almost $6 million.
